Within the scope of specified support, Microsoft Windows family operating systems are intended to provide Server maintenance, management and all kinds of support. No support is provided for non-genuine software. No unlicensed Windows installations.
If the fault is due by e-mail or telephone communication at the end of working hours, service request
it will be done at the start of the next day's work.
