Does MSP make sense if I have an in-house IT team?

Often yes — we work in a "co-managed" model. Your team runs daily operations; we provide depth on specialty topics (network architecture, M365 advanced, GDPR audits). We also coach and mentor your team.

You'll have remote access to my servers — is that safe?

Yes. RMM tools over secure VPN. All activities logged, audit trail you can also access. Our certified IT engineers sign NDAs; all employees have clean background checks.

Restaurant chain / hotel group experience?

Yes. With clients like Beca Istanbul we've solved sector-specific needs: in-store POS networks, kitchen display systems, cameras + NVR, Wi-Fi design, multi-location VPN.

On-site visits?

In Istanbul (both sides), Enterprise plan includes 2 monthly site visits. Pro is hourly billed. Across Turkey: remote-first + local engineer coordination as needed.

How long does onboarding take?

1-2 weeks typical. Infrastructure audit → access and backup plan → monitoring setup → knowledge transfer → SLA active. By end of week one we're already supporting.
